How are arrivals and departures organized?

Your arrival is possible from 5pm, and your departure must be by 10am. Before your arrival: 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive an email with all the necessary instructions. These instructions will specify whether your arrival is autonomous or whether someone will be present to welcome you. Before your departure: 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive an email with all check-out instructions. Check-out will be autonomous: you will need to return the key to the key box provided. Day of departure: Make sure you leave by 10am. Follow the instructions in the email for a smooth departure.

Is it possible to schedule arrival before 5pm and departure after 10am ?

Yes, it is possible to arrive earlier and leave after 10am, but this depends on availability. You need to make a request to AD Conciergerie, who can confirm on a case-by-case basis.

Are pets allowed?

The answer is in the rules and regulations of the property you have reserved. Please refer to this document for our pet policy.

Is bed linen included in the rental ?

Yes, bed linen is included in the rental price. This includes quality hotel linen, such as comforter covers, sheets, pillowcases, large and small towels, bathroom mats and tea towels. What's more, beds are made up on arrival, so you don't have to prepare anything in advance.

Is the deposit debited and compulsory?

The deposit is compulsory, but is not debited. Before your arrival, a bank imprint is made via our partner Swikly. This means that the amount is simply blocked on your account and not debited. You can also use the Swikly app to make an independent inventory of fixtures and report any problems.

Can I drop off my luggage before the mandatory arrival time?

Yes, it is possible to drop off your luggage before your scheduled arrival time. In Arcachon, you'll find luggage storage services to store your belongings safely. You can also contact AD Conciergerie to see if they can offer you a solution according to their availability.
